Ben (John Ritter) and Flo (Amy Yasbeck) are desperate for a child to complete their family. Enter Junior, a cute, little seven year old boy that the adoption agency is more than happy to hand over. This is perfect for Ben and Flo. Ben has a son that he can play catch with and Flo has a kid old enough to get invited to parties where she can socialize. The problem is that Junior is a holy terror. He wreaks havoc every where he goes. To top it off he is pen pals with The Bow Tie Killer (Michael Richards), who kidnaps Junior and Flo, leaving Ben to rescue them.
